Andy Gill and Charlie Waltman are the cofounders of Spirit & Truth Ministries International, with a shared passion for seeing lives transformed through the truth of God’s Word and the power of the Holy Spirit. Through Free Indeed conferences, Kingdom discipleship, and personal ministry, they help people find healing, freedom, and restoration in Christ. Their mission is simple: to see the brokenhearted healed, the captives set free, and lives restored.

Spirit & Truth  Ministries

Spirit and Truth (S&T) is a ministry that God has raised to participate in “binding up the brokenhearted” and “setting the captives free” so they can walk in their purpose. We do this through Free Indeed Conferences, Kingdom Discipleship, and Personal Ministry Sessions.

Binding up the brokenhearted

This aspect of the ministry recognizes that we are born into an imperfect world to imperfect parents.   A frequent result of this is that we become “wounded” by people or experiences, and by things that happen to us or fail to happen to us. 

• Are you carrying “baggage” from your past that is preventing you from moving ahead with your life?
• Do you feel blocked or held back?  Like, you can never get ahead?
• Do you feel like you can’t connect with God or people?  Always on the outside looking in?
• Have you ever said that you would not be like Mom or Dad, and you are just like them?
• Are you leading a “secret life” of sin that you can’t get victory over, but do not know where to go for help?
• Are you a leader in ministry who has no place to go to get real without risking your job?

Setting the Captives Free to Walk in Your Purpose 

Neither the woman with the “issue of blood” (Matt 9) nor the Gadarene demoniac (Matt 8) would have been able to participate in the Great Commission until each of them had been set free from their “issues”. And so it is with many in the Body of Christ.

We call it going to “take possession” of the land that God has already given us in the “So Great a Salvation" that He has provided. (Deut 1:8,21 and Heb 2:3)

We provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental place where you can come and be real and honest about your deepest secret struggles and be accepted, loved, and set free.

Spirit and Truth Statement of Faith

1. We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative written Word of God and contains everything we need for life and godliness (2 Tim 3:16, 2 Pet 1:3-4).
2. We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His bodily future return.
4. We believe that because of the Fall in Gen 3 all mankind is born rejected and separated from God and must personally place their faith in Jesus Christ for salvation.
5. We believe the only means of being forgiven and cleansed from sin is through repentance to God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and that God gives salvation as a gift of His grace.
6. We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the cross (Salvation- Sozo) was ultimately to restore us back to relationship with the Father and that His redemptive work provides healing  and freedom for our spirit, soul and body in answer to believing prayer.
7. We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 1:8, 2:4, Luke 11:13 is given to believers who ask for it. We believe every believer should be empowered by the Holy Spirit to exercise the gifts of the Spirit and continue the dunamis ministry of Jesus on the earth.
8. We believe that the Cross of Christ is the central event in history and is the basis for all God’s  dealings with mankind (Justification, Sanctification, Deliverance).
9. We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by who’s indwelling the Christian is enabled to live an obedient, victorious and holy life.
10. We believe there is a real devil and demons, that Jesus Christ defeated them through the cross, and that believers are called to appropriate and enforce that victory.
11. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.
12. We believe that God intends for all believers to continue in His Word and become His disciples and to grow up into the Image and Fullness of Christ. And that He intends for each  disciple to make other disciples as they go through life.
