Spirit and Truth  (S&T) is a ministry that God has raised up to participate in “binding up the brokenhearted” and “setting the captives free”.  We do this by setting up a personal ministry session: 

Binding up the brokenhearted

This aspect of the ministry recognizes that we are born into an imperfect world to imperfect parents.   A frequent result of this is that we get “wounded” by people or experiences and from things that happen to us or fail to happen to us. 

• Are you carrying “baggage” from your past that is preventing you from moving ahead with your life?
• Do you feel blocked or held back?  Like you can never get ahead?
• Do you feel like you can’t connect with God or people?  Always on the outside looking in?
• Have you ever said that you would not be like Mom or Dad and you are just like them?
• Are you leading a “secret life” of sin that you can’t get victory over but do not know where to go for help?
• Are you a leader that has no place to go to get real without risking your job?

Setting the Captives Free to Walk in Your Purpose 

Neither the woman with the “issue of blood” (Matt 9) nor the Gadarene demoniac (Matt 8) would have been able to participate in the Great Commission until each of them had been set free from their “issues”. And so it is with many in the Body of Christ.

We call it going to “take possession” of the land that God has already given us in the “So Great a Salvation" that He has provided. (Deut 1:8,21 and Heb 2:3)
